The most appalling tourist office I have ever visited. Bought 3 3 day cards yesterday unfortunately lost them and they refused to replace them. The lack of sympathy or common decency the staff had was indescribable. They had my credit card details, a signed form...More

Grab a tourist map and follow their suggestion about a three hour route to take through bologna. Really fascinating and shows off the sights of bologna well. Took us two days! But then you have to stop for coffee, then for spremute, and for ice...More

I did not purchase the Bologna card since I was not going to visit any museums. I purchased the walking tour for 15 euros. I was skeptical having read all the negative reviews here. But then maybe I was lucky today, July 17. The guide...More

We stopped in to get a map and brochures and found that we could join a walking tour. Our guide was a professor of medieval history and was very knowledgeable, giving us information on history, architecture and even food, since Bologna is famous for it....More
