We did a half day course with chef Stefano where we made bolognese sauce, meatballs, tortolonni and tagliatelle. It was both instructive and really enjoyable. Stefano was a great teacher and we would definitely come back to learn more! Highly recommended.

As a Italian food lover, I had been searching for serious cooking class in Italy. Luckily, I found Cibo and spent 5 days there. The class covers the dishes I want to learn, like fresh pasta, Bolognese sauce, risotto and pizza. I particularly appreciate...More

I believe, if you dig around on the website, that the prices are listed (whole day/half day/2.5 hours) on the website. .I may be wrong but I think it was about $120 for a 9-1:30 class. It was well worth the money for the... More

I've heard nothing about closing. Stefano, the head chef, just sent out his monthly email announcing that he is guest judge at a competition in England. Recipes and news but no mention of any closing. Fabulous experience... More
