My wife and I were in Italy for her Bday and booked the parm/balsamic tour and added lunch at the winery. Paolo was our guide and we had an awesome day with him!!! He took us to each of our stops but then he did the tour too. I was expecting someone from each stop to do that but not so. He was so knowledgeable about each of the stops - cheese, balsamic, and wine. The conversation in the car between was stimulating as well. Please take this advise - you MUST add the lunch at the winery with Paolo #2. The food was outstanding, the wine was superb, and our bantering back and forth with the wine maker (Paolo as well) was entertaining. It was like we’d known each other for years. The day was outstanding. Everything was smooth and taken care of. You have to book with this company!!

Our tour was everything as advertised - we saw all the seven secrets Bologna had to offer and combined it with a great Jewish overview. Our tour guide was knowledgeable professional and personable.

Tommaso was a charming and knowledgeable guide to the region — we especially loved the visit the Parmigiano dairy and balsamic producer. It was fabulous to get out of the hub hub of Bologna and, as foodies that live close to the Napa Valley in California, we loved seeing the local production of beloved products of the area.

Great informative tour to specialized cheese, balsamic vinegar and meat processing plants. Paolo was a great guide and extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were the only ones on the tour (2 of us) so was very personalized and not rushed.
