Our transport minivan was very comfortable, and the ride was smooth. The tour itself was an eye opener and we have since learnt to have a new respect for traditional balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Prosciutto, and our very knowledgeable guide Eleonora really augmented the tour with answers to all our questions, and with her cheerful laughters and attentiveness. After... More

A full day of food and culture touring with the most amazing food along the way. Our guide Eleonora Lolli made the day, she was knowledgable, lively, interesting and fun. She gave us time and we never felt like we were being "herded" along as some tours leave you feeling. She got to know us all personally as the day... More

If you love food, then this is for you. We were picked up at our apartment where we were staying in Bologna around 7AM. Allesandro our guide was informative and one heck of a tour guide. Enthusiastic, knowledgable, and passionate about the foods that were made in Bologna. First we started out at the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory. We watched... More

We had the best experience from start to finish, even on a rainy day. Our tour guide, Elenanora was very informative and loads of fun. Very comfortable ride included with 2 vans for 8 people. So many samples including Lambrusco for breakfast! Lunch was over the top regional foods.

With one of the most fun and enthusiastic tour guide - we learned wonderful things about the 'traditional' ways to make Parmiggiano-Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto!! Great small car transport and close up access to the production - VERY worthwhile. Lots of food and drink .... a great value for the price paid.

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel at 7:00am this excellent foodie all-day tour lived up to all our expectations and more. Our guide Eleonora was very knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic and kept a big smile all day. She really is a superb tour host! As there were only 3 of us we really did have a... More

My wife and I spent two weeks in Italy for our honeymoon. We went saw Venice, Tuscany, Bologna, Florence, and Rome. This was a clear highlight of the entire trip! Well, well worth it.

For a foodie, this tour is heaven! The tour starred very early in the morning when our driver picked us up right from our B&B in Bologna. He took us, and 4 others who were picked up along the way, to the Parmesan factory. The factory was in full swing so we were able to see the entire cheese making... More

We usually stay away from organized tours, but the food production tour caught our attention we enjoyed every moment. Eleonora was a fantastic guide and made the day fun and educational. Every detail was explained throughly and Eleonora was very attentive to everyone's needs and questions. We would highly recommend this tour to all foodies and anyone interested in traditional...
