A Very Good library not the most modern, but the WiFi is great. Good place to study for long periods. You have to be a resident of Rome to enter for free (make sure to bring proof). I was registered years back

A good library, easy to achieve with underground (line B). It's great place if you have to find rare books but isn't good to goto study yours: in fact it's not possible take your book inside.
