Busy square as you can imagine but best viewed from the second floor of the bus, many options to take pictures. There is 1 pedestrian crossing that takes you to the middle where you can take pictures of the fountain in the middle

From our bus trip every morning, we were guided by this piazza that means we are already in the city center. It is very recognizable because of the wide structures and buildings and the beautiful fountain at the center of the rounded wide space. The...More

We were heading to Fran O'Briens and passed through this most beautiful of squares. The square is delightful with stunning architecture and some fabulous pubs, bars and restaurants and one of the most famous and beautiful fountains in Rome namely Fontana Della Naiadi. The square...More

This piazza has in its centre a large fountain which itself is the centre of a busy traffic roundabout. The piazza is surrounded by a number of government looking buildings but the stand out attraction, besides the fountain, is a basilica that has been built...More

In front of the piazza look for a coffee shop. Very good. Prices between 3-4 euros. You can relax for a few minutes after walking time.

Grand architecture. Get a selfie or two. Plaza is busy. I did not see people relaxing and taking their time. Tourists pass by for pictures and go. We did the same.

We were walking from Piazza Barberini to a restaurant near Termini and came across this piazza. It looked more modern than other large squares we visited in Rome. In the middle of the piazza stands the eye catching Fontana delle Naiadi (fountain of the Naiads)....More

Large square near the station. There is a very nice fountain in the center, here is Diocletian's Terme and a Michelangelo church located in Thermi.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
