The views from Roma dal Cielo Terrazza delle Quadrighe are really stunning. You can see so much of Rome! It's a great way to spend, may be, a couple of hours, just looking. It's a spot to remember, so much!

This was well worth the 7€. An amazing panoramic view over Rome, just a pity that the landmark signs need replacing.

You can climb some stairs till you arrive to the elevator of the Vittorio Emanuelle memorial. Than a ride for 7 Euros?! and you have Rome at your feet. But if you want to spare this amount, go the Campidoglio museums, and from the terraces...More

Consider a 360 degrees view even there is the chariot. It is part of the view. One will not regret after taking the pain of climbing to the terrace of the building to get the best of Rome. Though it could be hot at midday....More

Situated at the top of Vittorio Emanuele building and a bit hard to find, no signage. 7 euro entrance fee but totally worth it. Spectacular view of the city and a close view of the Quadrighe.

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
