All I can say my hubby and I and the other five couples had one of the nicest experiences in Rome cooking with Chef Andreas. His knowledge, passion, and Patience is extraordinary. I highly recommend you book this tour even before you book your Vatican...More

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Chef Andrea. The produce was so fresh and tasty, everything was arranged so beautifully, it was as beautiful before we started as when we plated the dishes. Loved making the pasta, of course and was happy we had many...More

A must day if you want to experience first hand cooking true Italian fare. Sourcing locally is his philosophy with fresh produce ready to cook when we arrived. Great class size of only 12, just as well as the kitchen though small gives enough space...More

Took this cooking class with a group of friends during a reunion stay in Rome. It was fun to cook together with Chef Andrea's firm guidance, to enjoy what we made, and to have the recipes to follow at home. A great experience.

this is our third time taking Chef Andrea's cooking classes and it gets better each time. You use only fresh ingredients, wash, chop, mix, make pasta, and best of all Eat. You should do the wine pairing as you get a glass with each course...More

Trastevere
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded

streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
