It is inside the Casina of Raphael.
We didn't know it was a church until one day, passing by on a Sunday morning around noon, we saw an open gate and people waiting to attend the Sunday mass.
An elderly man was preparing it outside, placing all around the furnishings and insignia of the liturgy of a very small church, consisting of a small room.
So we learned that the small building near Piazza di Siena was built at the end of 1700 by Prince Marcantonio Borghese, both for his devotion to the Virgin Mary, and to offer the farmers who worked for him the possibility to attend their religious functions with ease.
In 1829 the church was decorated with frescoes by the painter Pietro Carrarini, who had already created artistic works for the Borghese family.
Subsequently, in 1959, the tomb of the sculptor Pietro Canonica, who had lived for years in the nearby Fortezzuola, --which today is the museum dedicated to him--was placed in the church.
It is always closed, so it is difficult to visit it.
You could possibly do it if you pass by it, on a Sunday morning around noon, for mass.
