We did the Colosseum Arena & Ancient Rome Private Tour and the Vatican Tour. The booking agent, Gerard Breen was the very best! His communication and answers to our many questions was extremely professional and immediate. Our guide, Niccolo (Nic) was incredible! His knowledge not only of the Colosseum and Vatican but also of the Italian culture was bar none. If we had a question, he had an answer. We loved the hearing device given to us at the Colosseum we could hear every word. We had a group of 4 and it was just us and Nic. We feel so grateful and fortunate to have had this amazing experience. We highly recommend Real Rome Tours to anyone!…

We did the Rome in a Day walking tour. It was absolutely amazing! The tour guide Max was extremely knowledgeable about all the various attractions such as the Colosseum, Roman forum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel, St Peters Basilica, to name but a few. He gave in depth insights into the historical relevance of all the major sites while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and very enjoyable. Definitely the best way to see Rome while maximising time.…

I was arranging a large group tour coming in on a cruise in May and then moved to September. We were all very excited for a land tour in Rome and I was very happy to have found Real Rome Tours and Gerard in particular. Just a pleasure to work with. Great communication, fast responses and pleasant to work with. The tours were perfect and I was very happy with how he was accommodating to the varying abilities of our group. Sadly, Holland America cancelled our cruise and we won't be going on this tour, but I wanted to still leave a positive review based on my experience. I hope to still go one day! My daughter and I turned out to be the only ones on the tour and Heidi was our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about her work. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with her and would highly recommend this tour and specifically Heidi as she made this tour the best part of our trip.…
