The stadium itself isn't extremely modern by premier league standards but as good as if not better atmospherically. Our party of 10 (yes 10) had tickets in the tribuna stand which... read more

Football match was fabulous : SS Lazio v Inter Milan, seats expensive but basic. Food was typical sports venue quality (very average). No extra buses for exiting crowd so be prepared to walk afterwards. Lack of use of huge electronic scoreboards to show replays was very strange?

This was an eye opener. Luckily my partner and I left 2 hours before the game because it took just over 2 hours to get tickets. (We tried to plan ahead but were told by numerous people to purchase at the stadium) Once we got to the stadium we were told to purchase tickets at the Lazio Store 'across the... More

I attended the stadium for the Wales v Italy Six Nations Rugby game in Feb 2017. Although the day itself was fantastic and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience, we found the stadium was quite a way out and a very long walk or a fight for the tram. The village set up for drinking beforehand was a good idea... More

Fantastic experience watching AS Roma vs Juventus. Friendly, efficient staff both inside and outside of the stadium. Easy access to the ground via a bus from Ottoviano metro station and a great atmosphere. Recommend watching a game at this amazing stadium whilst visiting Rome.

"Stadio Olimpico", the center of the sports complex "Foro Italico" and just a beautiful stadium, was opened in 1953. Seven years later, he was already hosting the Olympics. Since then, football matches are constantly held between the national teams of Italy and other countries, as well as other important sporting events. "Stadio Olimpico" is a municipal property leased jointly by... More

The stadium itself isn't extremely modern by premier league standards but as good as if not better atmospherically. Our party of 10 (yes 10) had tickets in the tribuna stand which literally translates to main stand in Italian. We came for the Rome derby, Roma v Lazio and although the result didn't go our way the experience was something we... More

My wife and I visited Rome during a week when Lazio was playing Sampdoria. It worked out that we would have been able to catch the match on a Sunday by driving back from Naples where we were staying after Rome. We never made it because getting tickets to these matches, as we learned, is much different than in the... More

As a crazy soccer fan, I've been to many soccer matches in different countries, Stadio Olympico is one of my favorite place. I went there t watch Serie A match Roma vs Atalanta, very Impressive atmosphere, especially the home fans' chanting before the match kicks off, and the moment when the home team scores. Overall, it was a great experience.

My friend Steve and I visited the stadium on the 30th of April for the Roma v Lazio derby. perhaps not the newest or the best stadium that we have ever been in, but nevertheless a nice place to play and watch football, with good food and drink outlets inside the stadium. The one minus is the amount of security... More

I have been to many soccer matches around the world, but my visit to the Stadio Olympico was close to one of the best sporting experiences ever!! It's a fabulous stadium for its age, easy access in and out of the place, I went with a local via moped!! When in Rome!! 60000 people and still plenty of room!! Brilliant... More
