This was a great way to spend the day at the coast. The chairs and umbrellas were very reasonable and the beach and the water were beautiful. The little restaurant there was a real bonus as the food was great and a cold bottle of...More

If you love a sandy beach, look no further. For a slightly more cost effective alternative to the various Lido that are available, try the narrow strip of beach directly opposite the end of Via Serapide. You can still hire umbrellas, deck chairs and sun...More

Serapo is a beautiful white sandy beach in Gaeta. The water is crystal clear and you can walk out in the water with nothing but soft velvety sand under your feet. The beach is littered with cafes and you can rent loungers for a reasonable...More

This is the largest and most central beach in Gaeta, and the busiest too. It's very close to shops and eateries, but parking is rather limited so better not bring a car. It gets very crowded in July and especially August.

We visited as late as November but it was still very warm both in the air and in the sea. Of course, not very crowded at this time of year which was nice. I can only imagine how lovely this place must be during summer.

Serapo beach is 1.5 kilometers long and the beach is wide and so there's lots of space for umbrellas and chairs. There is only one section of the beach that is public while the rest is managed by private operators that provide restaurant and beach...More

We spent most days in September at the La Perla Lido at Serapo Beach. It was fabulous. The sea is warm without any rocks or pebbles and the sand is soft and golden.
