Gaeta is my hometown so I'm biased, but the more I travel and live abroad, the more I come to appreciate it. Seven different beaches (rocks, pebbles, and fine sand), a touristic port, and a selection of artistic and natural attractions make it definitely worth...More

Panoramas, food, people - all good reasons to come back again. And the weather is lovely almost all year round with exception for a couple of months in winter.

Gaeta is a charming harbour town with lots to offer. Great sights, restaurants and especially right now the Christmas lights. Very worth a nighttime visit.

We used to live here so coming back is like returning to paradise. It is a small city with one of the best beaches in Europe. There are wonderful restaurants, especially if you love seafood since it sits on a gulf with water on two...More

We departed Gaeta on a small cruise ship heading down the coast. It is a beautiful harbor and a very nice and scenic town. The beaches are huge and pretty on the north end of town.

You can also hire a car service. The driver we took back to the train station when we left regularly drives back and forth to the Rome airport to bring people to Gaeta. Just a thought.
