A worthy place to find a gift or a nice remembrance of Naples!

Lovely staff!
Their products have the highest quality, which justifies their reputation. True craftsmanship that is fairly priced.

Better souvenir that any trinket you can find all over Naples and Pompeii.
Something you or the person you give it to can wear for life!

A wonderful clothier which you will find in few countries. Their ties are as good as Brioni, Kiton, Borrelli, Hermes. Great value buying one in Napoli. They also have beautiful scarves. A beautiful shop with a large selection. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Actually they are E. Marinella, The Nicest Snobs in Town

I have been to Naples several times and always come here for a tie for someone. When I arrive they look at me as though I was a bank robber. Once I articulate what I need they can be very helpful. I do not look or dress like what might be their typical customer and I believe they always judge me-for years now! I have spent over 2-3 thousand dollars in this shop and they still do a very good job at making me feel un-welcomed. Once they assign someone to assist me things go very well and they could not be nicer. I guess I should wear a suit and tie to go there in the future-oh well! But if you want a really nicely made tie-the tie of ties-you need a Marinella, they havev beautiful watches and a line of very nice leather goods. While their ties cost a fortune the watches and leather is moderately priced.

Never been treated so well

My husband wanted a new tie so off we went to Marinella whose ties are legendary. In the tiny, quaint shop where the brand owner, grandson of the original Mr. Marinella, still stands at the counter, we were treated like royalty, offered a cup of tea and pastries. An amazing experience and my husband bought the most beautifyl cashmere tie

It is worth visiting not only the shop on the road, but also the wider selection on the 1st floor of the building (entrance on the side of the shop). The ties are the known core business of Marinella, but I found the foulards, scarves, watches and fountain pens (made by Delta for M.) amazing.
The selection is very wide. Prices are at times beyond exclusive and some of the more senior staff are perhaps too relaxed and could smile more.

Nice people, ask for someone who speaks English well. Level of service not really up to what I expect when I am dropping USD$1200.

A Piece of History in Napoli
Oct 2014 • Couples
What can we ask for, when we visited E. Marinella shop in Napoli we personally met Mr. Maurizio Marinella himself! He was busy with other customers but took a few moments and talked to us and had a photo taken with him. We did not expect this but the guy was very friendly and accommodating to both of us visitors from the USA. Kudos to the staff who was friendly and helpful as well. Excellent customer service!!!

Now for the shop, it is not that big but plenty of items to choose from such as ties, leather goods, watches, perfume and cologne, etc. The shop also has a second floor showroom which is around the corner (you have to take the stairs). Excellent products and worth the price. E. Marinella has plenty of history and the family takes pride in the quality in all of their products.

E. Marinella is worth it and is highly recommended to visit in Napoli. If you want to buy "Made in Italy" as a souvenir and reminder of your trip, this is the place!
