First recommendation buy the ticket combined with the Augustus Garden in the gardens and you will save 2 Euro. Second recommendation go to the garden in the back of the Abbey as it is so quiet and has great views. The rest of the complex...More

We walked here spur of the moment after looking at the posted Capri maps filled with attractions - they make it look gorgeous! It was expensive to enter - 6 euros per person and they failed to mention the gardens were closed for a private...More

It cost 6 euros and, honestly, even 1 euro would be too much. Completely boring buiidngs which have been restored with cement and concrete. If you like lots of terrible artwork, this is the place for you. Take the right-hand fork in the road and...More

We walked a long way to go to the Certosa di San Giacomo only to find that its hours are constricted. What a disappointment!

This is the oldest historical building in the city, but one of the less loved it seems. It has the potential to be a very interesting attraction: a building from the 15th century has a history, why not tell about the way of life of...More

The visit was disappointing because of the fact that this partly 14th century building is mainly lacking maintenance, it looks quiet shabby. There was a exhibition of modern art from Arab artist. We thought, let's give it a chance. But unfortunately, not our cup of...More

For the ticket price of 8 EUR, the upkeeping of the place is not very nice. Garden is very unruly. Architecturally nothing amazing.
