Set midway up a rock face, this cavern is filled with stalactites and stalagmites, where the limestone rock seems to reflect only white rays of light.

This one is more impressive than the green grotto as you can see the face of the Virgin Mary. It is however overcrowded with boats. You wait your turn then get close for 30 seconds and you're gone again

We stopped in the cave, would have liked to have viewed in the balcony but not possible as the boat was too big to moor there. Full of interesting Stalagmites & Stalagtites, one of the Stalagmites looks like Virgin Mary if you look closely in...More

The other grottos are nicer in my opinion. The boats were queded up and I thought the other grottos were better to look at. Worth seeing if is part of a tour but I wouldn't be making a trip exclusively for this.

We had heard of the many grottos along this coast but were not really sure what to expect. The white grotto was the one we visited first. A huge white cave along the coastline with turquoise waters splashing against the rocks. If you look up...More

Traveled to the White Gratto during a boat tour of the Isle of Capri. The boat tour is worth it to see hidden gems like this. If I had it to do again I would book JUST the tour of the island and skip the...More

We were lucky enough to visit here on our private boat tour. Our guide brought us here and dropped us off at the cliff side staircase. We climbed up to find the most amazing cave and stalagmite formations. The view back down to the water...More

On the northwestern side of the island, we were able to get close to the Red-Orange Coral Cave and the Stalagmites Cave and Grotta Bianco, that were tucked below towering limestone cliffs. Our boat pulled close to the Stalagmites Cave where there is a natural...More

Worth a visit but if you are on a boat tour you will probably visit this anyway. Needs a bit of imagination and licence. Only a few minutes spent in the enclosed area as with boats queuing waiting to enter

If you are of the Marionnites, you can take a little boat tour to see the white grotto. Since there are many boats all waiting their turn, you will have enough time bobbing about in the waves to view the Madonna high up in the...More
