Good place to walk

It is a really huge park with beautiful trees but it had several mud ponds on the way. Also sometimes they close some parts of it to cut some trees

I often say the thing that lets a lot of European cities down is the lack of good quality parks. What was the Rio Turia in Valencia has to be the ultimate exception. We spent a whole day walking from the western end to the eastern end (the oceanographic) star to finish with the kids. Not one complaint from them... More

Great way to travel and relax inside the city with very good accessibility to public transport. Route from classical Jardin del Real to the futuristic Museu Pricipe Felipe is very good. We saw groups of parrots.

Wow, what a luxury to have such a huge green space in the middle of a city. Packed with play parks, recreation centres and cafes and festivals, there is always something for everyone. From yoga to parkour to running, the river bed is the ideal place to practise sports.

Not many cities can boast a green space such as that of Valencia. The long linear park created from the diversion of the river results in a unique space for recreation and the Arts.....and it is free!

A relaxing oasis of calm, Turia Park's lush greenery and trees offer a sight to behold and chill out. Furthermore, cycle paths, jogging routes, information boards, accessibility ramps, playgrounds, sporting facilities and even workout equipment are dotted throughout the park, meeting a multitude of needs for all ages.

Great park with lots of things to see and do. Excellent place to ride a bike or for jogging. Many fountains, playgrounds etc. The real heart of the city.

If you're in a time crunch and choosing which of the churches in Valencia to see, in my opinion you should choose this one even though it's not rated as high. It's right in the heart of the old town area and it's breathtaking. It has a new museum in that alone is worth the price of admission which is... More
