Very pretty port. Colourful buildings around a series of canals. Lots of good restaurants. Good beach with umbrellas and sun beds for £16 per day (for 2). We stayed in Malavarossa this time but I would stay in Port Saplaya if I visited Valencia again....More

We cycled along our promenade from Cabanyal to Port Saplaya in an easy 15/20 mins ,its mostly flat. It is a lovely marina with a few nice restaurants/bars, very nice place to spend an hour or two.

A lovely, pretty resort with lots of Spanish charm. We stayed at the Apartmentos Valencia which were clean, large apartments with a fantastic sea view. Just be aware that the Spanish children stay up until about 1am playing football very loudly in the plaza behind...More

This place reminds me of venice. There are a couple of restaurants that serve nice traditional tapas. The price range at the restaurants is ok for what you get, but it is well worth a visit just for the view.

I'm in 2 minds about this predominantly Spanish resort, on one hand picturesque and guaranteed sun on the other smelly and noisy. The bins are kept underground and are emptied at stupid o'clock in the morning , the smell is awful and the heat does...More

Worth of visiting, short drive from Valencia. Colorful and nice village at the front of the sea. We visited at morning and village was just awakening.

Stayed in the apartments for a long weekend as part of a hen do, the accommodation is basic but had everything we needed. Fabulous views on the beach and the sea! The port is very beautiful, with boats against the pretty painted apartments. It’s very...More

My wife and I rented an apartment here for six months (Dec17-May 18). It is essentially a holiday apartment complex built in the shape of a rough horseshoe with the open mouth onto the sea. In the middle of the horseshoe is a marina with...More

I was expecting a little fishing port, but Port Saplaya turned out to be a mini Venice. Pretty apartments and houses on twisting turning canals. Our apartment at Apartamentos Valencia was overlooking the sea - wow! Downstairs a little restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner...More

There is a residents association in the main building in the plaza and they speak English in there. If there is excessive noise you can report it to them as there are general rules for use about no noise after 11pm. My guess... More

We had the most fun at Mosquetero just behind the big apartment block. The food is quite domestic though. Best for food is probably Arroceria on the beach front, friendly service too.
