A great idea implemented badly

I was inclined to give only 2 stars but I love the idea behind it so much, I couldn't bring myself to do that. First of i must say I'm an avid cyclist. I love everything from... read more

Valenbisi is great for exploring the city. It is a little bit overpriced since you have to return it in 30min if you don't want to pay 1€. It happened once in whole week that the station was full and we had to return bikes on other station. There are really a lot of stations, i think over 150 in... More

The price of renting a bike is not 13,30 euros per week as stated, but 13,30 euros plus 3 euros per hour!!! Got charged 46 euros for two trips. This price is absurd not only for Spanish standard, but also for the most expensive countries in the world. In Norway it is possible to buy a bike for this money.

42 euro for 12 hours. We have rented the bikes because the sign said 13 euros for 7 days. We didnt know that you had to pay extra each 30'. So we ended with a 42 euro/person for 12 hours. For 168 euro we could have rented a car without four people.

This is a good and affordable way to get around in Valencia. A 7 day pass is €13. Be sure to use a credit card due to the deposit of €150 per pass. One bike is free the first 30 min after every checkout. It then costs €1 every half an hour. But it is no problem to check the... More

I was inclined to give only 2 stars but I love the idea behind it so much, I couldn't bring myself to do that. First of i must say I'm an avid cyclist. I love everything from mountain biking to getting around town on a raggedy old-school bicycle I have at home. That's why I  was very happy to adopt... More

No rental for less than a week 13€ a pop. Got confirmation on the payment by mail, but no ticket-number. After 3-4 attempts on the call-center, when I finally got in touch, no member of the staff spoke english. As final attempt to sort out the problem, went directly to their office and found it CLOSED on a MONDAY. Rent... More

There are many bicycle routes in Valencia so this is the best way to go anywhere. 14€ for one week is nothing I guess. Download "Valencia Bikes" app to find are there bikes available in the selected docking stations

We tried to use the system and I have paid two deposits but were issued with no tickets. By the time I realised that the machine wasn't going to issue me with a ticket and there was a ticket number I should note down, the screen reverted back to the beginning. I tried phoning the call centre number but my... More
