BIOPARC VALENCIA is a unique zoo. Its design employs the “zooimmersion” concept, in which visitors are surrounded by meticulous recreations of the natural habitats being presented. Social animals that live together in groups are displayed, as well as groups of different species that coexist in the same habitats. Predatory species are integrated into the visual space, but are separated from other species by barriers invisible to the eye of the visitor, ensuring the safety of both the animals and the people. The animals, vegetation and landscape provide opportunities for discovering the complexity of natural ecosystems.

It is a very interactive zoo where you can get really close to the animals. The idea is excellent but the park should limit somehow the number of visitors. It was too crowded during our visit and at some parts even impossible to walk through.

This place is amazing. It doesn't even seem you're at a zoo when you walk around - more like at a safari park.

Many animals seem sad because they obviously do not live in their natural surroundings. The network above the cage with birds, regardless of the winters of winter in Valencia, many animals are not comfortable in the winter. Limited space of motion, surrounded by circular circuits....More

Such a different kind of Zoo. A must see. Interesting not only for children. Can bring the smile on the face of an adult who lives in stress. Can make you forget your thoughts and just be there and enjoy the wild ad simple life.
