Really loved the place, it is not crowded and the water is hot. You should definitely take a lot of water with you as the lakes water is disgusting once dried on the skin. Due to the high content of salt you can float in...More

The attraction is advertised on the net, on big picture at the entrance of the town by the side of the road. When you are there, you can not find any sign of where is it and how to get there. No local person can...More

The best way to get to the lake is by Calle De Los Flamencos. Bring shoes to swim in and water to wash yourself after. It is really pink and very salty. The water is warm and you are floating ridicolous easy almost on the...More

We drove with a private car from Los Balcones to the lake, a short ride. We parked randomly where we could see the lake and where we saw a trail which headed right to the lake. It was a bit difficult to get in the...More

Drove past these almost every day whilst away......can't quite understand why people would visit. In fact I didn't actually see anybody visit. Attracts some great wildlife though.

Wouldn't spend the whole day here but a short visit on the way to somewhere is worth it. Parked on the north side of the lake and walked down to the waters edge ... it really is pink, with amazing salt crystallised around the edges....More

Really beautiful pink salt lake. A bit hard to find but worth it! Not really a beach, but there is place for a few ppl to lie/sit by the water.

its not the pink lake that has the bird life. its the natural lake that is close by. there are viewing platforms along the way. lovely walk/cycle around. take plenty of water as gets very hot during summer months.
