I'm only giving a 3 star for the Goya and the history going back to 4,500 years B.C. It's the hottest indoor place I've been in my life. No air condition and no many windows around the place. Has a small sanctuary and it's been...More

There are treasures here, but it's not a glitzy, modern museum. The hours during the fiesta can be a challenge, but it's worth your time to visit.

This regional museum merits a visit. The attached church is worthwhile in itself but to my mind, not worth the admission. The rest of the museum makes it up, and then some. In particular, the articles which I consider pillaged from local archaeological sites are...More

The museum is excellent and really well laid out. The exhibits were very good and the museum allowed photos to be taken without flash. We enjoyed the photographic displays, the architectural displays of old column heads and the ivory casket was brilliant. The paintings, including...More
