Last November 27 (cyber monday) I bought a computer online for €369 at El Corte Inglés, on January 14 (20 days later) they sent me an email telling me that they canceled the order, I contact them via chat and they tell me that they have canceled it because there is no stock (it is not my problem after 20 days) I file a complaint, when I finish speaking what is my surprise that I get on the computer and they even have stock to pick up on the same day in I call ALL the centers in Seville and they tell me that they don't know why they told me that, I file ANOTHER claim. After two days without having a response, I physically go to the Corte Inglés and the only solution they give me is to put in a complaint form or buy it at the price it is today (€100 more expensive), I take the form home to fill it out, the next day they called me from Corte Inglés online (because I had 2 open complaints) and they told me that they did not give it to me at the price I bought it because they were only certain units and they have already sold them, I AM DEAD. I am a foreigner and I have been in Spain for about 20 years. I remember that when I arrived here, the customer service at El Corte Inglés was exceptional; The employees went out of their way to help you with everything. However, we move forward to the year 2023 and how things have changed. Last month I made an online purchase with a guarantee that it would be delivered by a specific date. I received what I bought ALMOST A MONTH LATE. When contacting customer service, they basically told me "garlic and water"; They didn't care and they certainly weren't going to do anything about it. While waiting for delivery, I did not receive any notification (calls, emails, etc.) from them. The truth is that their customer service has gone from being one of the best to being one of the worst in just a few years, and it is no longer worth buying in their physical or online stores. If you have a problem with something they sell, you can handle it on your own. I see the fall of this empire in a few years because they have betrayed the values that made them so popular years ago. My recommendation: avoid at all costs. Buy what you need at smaller, local stores if possible, or, if you shop online, consider using Amazon.

It took me until March to get my refund, all previous countless claims, refusal of payment in bank, etc etc etc etc because NO ONE at ECI solved anything and from the beginning threatened me with legal action for not wanting to pay for a product that I had not received.
In addition, I was not paid for another product of the order that was NOT (55.95 instead of the 59.95 € that they had to return). Deplorable El Corte Inglés. The worst after-sales service. They do not answer the phone 900 373 900 and although they say they will return the call, they do not. They don't answer emails either. Buy a shirt through the website of El corte ingles, they were wrong in the color and request the change. Decided, I'm not going anymore and even less online. I bought a dress from the "good" brand Simorra on sale. I bought a dress that was originally worth 198 euros at a 67% discount. I thought it was a good purchase because the dress is very pretty, and to this day their clothes have turned out very well.

desde el dia 15 hasta el dia 19, reclamando que solo me ha llegado una parte del envio, el corte ingles me dice que ya esta en la agencia de reparto y que me ponga en contacto con ellos, cuando me pongo en contacto con la agencia me dicen que no existe el envio, asi 4dias de llamadas a unos numeros y otros, lo que supone un gasto para mi y una perdida de tiempo ya que eso es su trabajo, buscar el envio estraviado. Muy mal gestionado.mi pedido sigue pagado y sin aparecer, ni nadie me da una solucion
