This is a smallish plaza but this area is full of bigger squares and streets everywhere inundated of bars and clubs. It's so busy at times it makes you think this cities population is ten times what it really is in

This is not really a pretty square. It has some nice buildings but is always very busy with traffic and I think has an underground car park.

We were heading to The Dubliner Pub and O'Connell St Pub and we walked through Plaza Del Angel and what a delightful square this is. On all sides there's some great architecture both modern and old and the square and the streets leading leading into...More

This vibrant square has many cafes, bars and restaurants. The legendary Central Cafe with live music is located here. The square is dominated by the beautiful ME Reina Victoria Hotel with its tower.

Plaza del Angel is a lively square with several popular cafes with people sitting out on the pavement areas. Set in a residential neighborhood but with limited vehicular access.

Plaza Santa Ana has some wonderful spots, and is by far my favorite plaza in Spain. However, Plaza Angel, being just to the northwest of this plaza, is more or less a continuation of the fanfare of Santa Ana. If Santa Ana gets too busy,...More

We walked through this plaza daily as it was near our accommodation. Early morning was the nicest before the lunch crowds came along. If you are eating on the plaza, check what the restaurants will charge- generally 15-20% more for the privilege. We found better...More
