Be aware it is not easy to get in here. Check the website for visiting. The building is very impressing and is a fine view on the Paseo.

We try to visit inside, but they offer only a guided tour, in some hours only. It was a pitty because its building is wonderful.

surprising little place. inside the library a little museum dedicated to writing history and an exhibition of Cervantes. it's small and everything in Spanish but still it's a little gem

Impressionant building situated in the middle of la Castellana. Although it´s difficult to get access to the reading rooms it´s worthwhile visit it as a tourist due to there wonderful museum.

Must registered with passport or ID before the tour starts; free tour conducted in Spanish only. Although I don't know Spanish, the tour was informative.

Chavez: Es dificil entrar en esta biblioteca por la securidad extrema que tienen. Yo lo hize hace algunos años para buscar dos libros sobre mis antepasados y no encontre nada. Mejor buscarlo en el internet.
