This is a nice park situated between Palacio Real and Parque del Oeste. Originally gardens of the royal palace. It’s pretty and peaceful. We particularly liked the box hedge mazes. For me there is more to see and enjoy in the much larger Retiro Park...More

So beautiful and tranquil these gardens lie along the northern flank of the Palacio Real. Bring a snack and water and take a stroll. Lovers of french gardens will enjoy this.

Garden is beautiful, well maintained, with statues along the sides of pond. The hedges and trees layout is like a maze. It was very hot and sunny in the afternoon. Best to visit in early morning or just before sunset.

Went to check out this garden located beside Royal palace as the palace was closed for some official occasion. It is beautifully maintained with sculptures located throughout the garden.

These gardens give a great view of the Royal Palace. They are formal and full of clipped Box hedges as well as evergreen trees plus water features and statues. There are some amazing Magnolia trees so maybe April would be stunning.
