People everywhere. Stores spread out. Some cafes outside to grab quick food before boarding. Trains are clean and fast. Bathrooms are terrible and only one I could find at far end of the station. Good system of announcing trains in English and Spanish. Well organized....More
We used the station in September, when we travelled to Segovia, having bought the tickets at the airport the evening before. Be sure to allow sufficient time to get your bags scanned, which can add several minutes to your boarding time.
