Enjoy a fine day at Madrid’s Parque del Buen Retiro, in the centre of the city. Interesting places to see are the Palacio de Cristal and the lake. You’ll surely enjoy the ambience and at the same time get your day’s exercise.

Went jogging in the morning quite early. Despite being dark outiside it was full of people going for a run. Beautiful lame and building. Long paths to go running for as long as you like.
Very pleasant for working out or simply relax!
Although we visited in January which is a tough time of year for gardens to look at their best, this free to visit park looked amazing and had a New York Central Park feel about it.

Our Segway tour took us through Retiro Park & it was a hidden gem! We were not considering going there, as we were short on time - but very glad we did.
