We toured the winery at 10am with an English language tour. Very friendly and informative guide, she made it a very personal experience. Good variety of wines. Historic and atmospheric old cellars and site.

I think it depends on when you go, we went on a week day in late sept 2015 we had no reservation. The group that day was about 12 -14 persons, a comfortable size. Hope this helps. Saludos
