Nice to relax and visit the nearby 100 tonne gun. Buses 3,4 and 9 stop here. Nice walks to nearby beaches and history.

We parked for free next to the Dolphin restaurant. Inside we enjoyed various fish dishes. The restaurant had plenty of space inside and outside. It was great to have sea views and good service. There are toilets here too which was handy as we'd had a two hour journey to this site.

This is definitely a summer place with outdoor pools, small beach and a delightful cafe. Quite tricky to find if you are not local but a taxi will take you there. Bustling in summer dead in winter. As it is a one way traffic system, you wind your way up through the tunnels and end up at Europa Point. A... More

Good place to stop and take a photo looking across the water. Also can see the Mosque, top of the rock and lighthouse.

Rosia Bay is a small sheltered cove, which hardly looks big enough to feature as Nelson's Anchorage, but which must have had its merits in the days of sail. The most notable feature of the area is the impressive Victorian 100 ton supergun, mounted in an embrasure on the top of the cliff above the Bay, and which is well... More

One of the things we had arranged to do whilst we were in Gibraltar was to go Scuba diving - we chose Dive Charters who were absolutely brilliant and took us to Rosia Bay. The bay looks great buy is even better from under water - so much marine life.

Rosia Bay is a historic area, where it was said that Nelsons body was brought after his death at the Battle of Trafalgar. Also, it was here that he rested prior to being returned home to England. It is more than just history however, but also present day, with a bright welcoming area, lots of parking, great little shops and... More

Rosia Bay is absolutely beautiful. Tranquil, serene and picturesque. A lovely beach setting although keep in mind its a pebbled/rock/stoney beach so wear your flippy-flops but gorgeous none the less.
