Here you can see a clear view of Africa, Spain and the Rock not to mention the lighthouse with the little houses with their backyards and the new mosque. When we were there, a painter was sitting under the umbrella looking out of the sea...More

Takes about 40 minutes from Casemates to the end of the peninsula. Really nice walk. Good views. Just be careful about traffic as at places there is no pavement. Head down using Rosia Road, and return via Europa Road.

This is where Nelson was brought after his death at Trafalgar. Today, it's mostly deserted as there are better anchorages .

I suppose if you want to see all the different areas of Gibraltar you should visit this site. There is not much there but the view is great.

Rosia Bay has sunbathing areas and is good for picnics but don't expect an expanse of sand or shingle. There is however an outdoor swimming pool.

Nice area to visit during May but guess it will be extremely busy during mid season, sadly the swimming pool doesn't open until June which was one of our reasons for the visit.
