Mountain in the center of Vigo, near old town, you can get really beautiful views if you get the top of it. Possible go by car.

Probably, but you have to climb in order to get to the park. The park is at the top of a hill.

Monte del Castro is a park centred on the peak of a steep hill - from base to top a good half hour if you are moderately fit. Actually not that scenic either. Vigo seems more of a working city than for non-native day... More
