Weirdest 19th Century building I ever saw

Very cool. It's too bad that the interior is not open for visits. I would have loved to know the family that had this built.

The style of the building is quite unique and unusual. It is best viewed from the square in front of it.

. Africa? Is this really Africa? This extraordinary building looks as though it has come out of Eastern Europe. Pre-Communism, of course, as it is most certainly not utilitarian in design! Get a seat at a nearby cafe so that you can sit and stare at leisure. Staring at it while standing in the street will give you a cricked... More

This was on our list of places to visit during a port stop in Ceuta. Even though the dragons are not the originals, they are quite a sight to behold and are amazing.

Was a great place to visit but was sad to hear that the dragons aren't the originals. For sure a great spot to stop and take a photo while you're in town.

Ceuta is a great city and a must do is a walking tour. This casa is on the main shopping street which is pedestrian freindly. Careful, you can walk right by and miss it. Heading up the street keep your eyes on the left. Great free photo opp.

Very beautiful, great photo stop. It's in the main high street so you don't have to go out of you way to see it. Spectacular by night too.

Such beautiful dragons, we'll worth taking a picture with them. So many people walk by them without realising they are there.

We learned that the dragons are not the original ones since they had to be removed because of risk of falling in the second republic. Even so, the building is magnificent, easy to find and in the way of a pleasant walk in the pedestrian shopping street.
