The worse experience. I bought a microwave online. They would not give me a day and time to deliver the product and it is impossible to contact them to notify when you are not going to be home to collect the package. The second time they tried to deliver the product they gave me an ATA between 9am and 10pm, as if anyone can afford to stay at home all day. I advised I would not be at home between 3pm and 5pm and the delivery man arrived at 15.35. After I took one day to work from home, they expected me to do the same the following day.. yes because they are the only working, the rest of us are just sitting on the couch doing nothing. I cancelled the order and I am never going to buy anything in Media Markt again.

Terrible, a waste of time. I got the refrigerator and the leveling legs arrived completely stuck, one in the highest position and the other in the lowest position making it impossible to set the refrigerator level and firm. When processing the guarantee they want me to work for them, taking photos and sending descriptions by email and waiting for answers while the refrigerator is unused and the food is not cold. So I opted to use the return policy, they act really slow like trying to fed you up and keep the defective item. So I find myself without the money I paid and with a refrigerator that cannot be used, plus the lost of my time that no one gives me back. To add to the bad time I'm experiencing, they expect the refrigerator to be in its original packaging to make the return, meaning they expect me to lift the refrigerator with no tools other than my bare hands while the carrier uses a forklift for that. Will Mediamarkt take care if I hurt my back trying to pack a product they sent that was defective or second-hand? Of course not. Meanwhile, El Corte Inglés got my purchase on 03/18 night and will deliver it on 03/20 to my home. So I already have my new refrigerator purchased at El Corte Inglés, everything is perfect. Meanwhile MediaMarket (or their associates) promised to pick up their refrigerator today, obviously they never showed up Next week I will tell my lawyer start the judicial steps so the device can be surrenders at disposal of a court and MediaMarket reimburses my money plus the associated expenses. DO NOT BUY FROM MEDIAMARKET, an experience that should be satisfactory turns into an ordeal

I will never shop here again! Not to be compared with Media Markt in Germany. If the battery is defective after 6 months, no guarantee is given. They try everything to find the fault with the customer. Dubious Media Markt, please think twice about buying here.
