A small and simple square with a central equestrian statue of the Count of Barcelona. Square is surrounded by ancient buildings. The most important part of the square is the section of Roman wall, built in early 4th century.

Barcelona has so much history everywhere, a simple thoroughfare with pathway taking you to other areas houses a great Roman ruin in this square (see pics).

A not very big and not very impressive square,placed close to Barcelona's Cathedral.What gives it an special touch are some old high stone walls that dominates one of its borders.
