Took a tour with Lisa last weekend and it was the perfect tour for our 4-year-old. The distance traveled was reasonable for kids and we still got to see a great diversity of stuff in the Gotic quarter of Barcelona. Runner Beans kids tour was a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

We joined Jarrod on the Gaudi Walking Tour (there are 2 short metro journeys) and thoroughly enjoyed it. He made the tour fun and was so knowledgeable about all the architecture and Gaudi in particular. The Sagrada Familia was fantastic and we all stood in awe of the basilica. We all learned such a lot and would even repeat the... More

the Old City walking tour is free and our guide was Jessi, she made everyone welcome and during the tour interacted with everyone on the tour, this was a great tour to see lots around the old town along with getting some of the history behind them, would highly recommend this tour

Really friendly guides with loads of interesting information! Would recommend for families with kids because they were really funny and engaging. Afterwards they were also really happy to give extra info about the city and surrounding area :)

Three generations of my family went on this tour with Lisa and we all had a great time. My son (10) was kept engaged by stories, sweets, activities and song, learning some history at the same time. A great way to spend a morning in Barcelona with kids!

We went on 2 tours whilst in Barcelona. The first was the Old City tour where our guide was Ruth. She was very funny and knowledgeable and kept the group of 16 engaged throughout. There was something for everybody and we covered a fair distance. The second tour we did was the Gaudi one with Marc. This was a larger... More

After this tour with Runner Bean, I've compared every other kids tour I've taken to it to determine quality. This tour knows how to engage children and adults. The guide brought activities for the kids to do throughout and explained everything very well. We had a great experience exploring the Gothic Quarter with Runner Bean during our stay in Barcelona.... Hi Tessa, Thanks so much for the lovely review. I am always thrilled when I hear how young ones enjoyed themselves so much. While child orientated, we always try to include the parents as we feel this tour is for the big kid in everyone :-) All the best, Ann-Marie More

We did this with two children under 5 and they had a blast. For adults, theres enough history discussed to keep you interested too.

Trying to get young children to absorb a sense of historical achievements can be really tough. I appreciate howe these tours was able to engage them to participate, particularly the youngest who was only 6.
