Fun times in Barcelona

This was the best and most memorable experience we had in Barcelona. We had a long tale of woe and they were super accommodating and provided us a wonderful time! Luis, Pilu, and Emily were terrific. The espadrilles are awesome.

A beautiful and different experience

I recommend it 1000% for locals and people who come to visit the city. I think it’s an experience that we must all have as locals at least once.

The staff is fantastic, the business owner is very friendly and helpful. They helped me to enjoy the time while I was doing the workshop although I had a bad day.

They are very empathetic and very professional, I enjoyed a lot

Great customer experience

Bought 2 pairs of colorines in Barcelona one Black and one with flowers (they were so cute I could not choose only one). Had a problem with the flowers one once back home in France but customer service was so great and helpful I now can wear both with joy !!! Thanks .

Having Fun Making Espadrilles

The class started early in the morning, si it was a Nice walk going to the store.
The class it self was very informative and fun. When I finished making the espadrilles, I got to wear it walking around the old city. The shoes is fashionable and very comfortable. The girls in the store were very friendly and lively. It leaves long lasting impresion on my Stay in Sevilla. When you are Done with touristic stuff. Try this activity. Recommended

Does Exactly What it Says on the Tin.

I ordered a pair of Espadrilles - Cairo Night. There was a little bit of faffing around in the beginning with the sizing (most probably my fault) and I guess it’s expected with handmade shoes. My communication with Luis resolved all the sizing problems – For me this is very rare indeed.

Luis kept me fully engaged and updated during the buying ,and delivery process including my 10pm messages.

The shoes themselves exceeded my expectations as they are of high quality and excellent finishing. They are an excellent addition to my summer wardrobe.

There was also a personalised hand written card – Now that is customer service.

I booked this experience but unfortunately it had to be cancelled. The customer service was amazing! Somehow my cancellation didn’t go through. When I notified the operator he went out of his way to get my full refund. I highly recommend this reputable vendor!

Make your own espadrilles! Amazing experience with Nina!

Such an unique experience and Nina was so fun to work with! Really knowledgable, great personality, and so friendly. It was really fun to put together my own custom design. Due to the complexity, we didnt do the class where they make them but I would love to take that class next time to make a bag if we had more time there. They were also able to ship them to me in the US.
