Indulge in a truly exceptional moment of well-being at our Despacio Spa at The One. Step away from your daily routine and immerse yourself in relaxation. Loosen up in our relaxing experience pool or let our team of skilled professionals to lavish you with a range of personalized massage and body treatments. Despacio Spa at The One welcomes both hotel guests and visitors from outside with open arms. External guests can access our wet facilities by booking a treatment lasting over 50 minutes or for just €38.00, you can enjoy a 60-minute session in the experience pool and sauna. To ensure you get the most out of your experience, each entry is limited to one hour and needs previous booking. Please note that our experience pool warmly welcomes children aged 4 to 16 between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Feel free to reach out to us for detailed conditions and information. Our comprehensive range of services includes Relaxing Massages, Hotstone or Deep Tissue Massages, as well as Facials and Body

    Just what the doctor ordered!
    Amazing!!!!! I had just finish five days horseback riding with Panorama Trails Mediterranean Trails. Riding 100+ kilometers total riding 5+ hours a day at fast trots and speedy gallops. Needless to say my body was aching and needed TLC and pain meds! The sauna and warm water tub and waterfall shower massage so good , followed by 80 min deep tissue massage with aroma oils other worldly! Best spa experience EVER!!!!!!

    Heavenly experience!
    Veronica and Elena were amazing!!! My massage (by Veronica) was out of this world, may be the best massage I have ever had and I have tried plenty!! My sore muscles from walking around town were soothed, and even my mind was totally relaxed by the end of the 50 min massage. My husband (Elena was his masseuse) said the same thing about his experience. Our only regret is not booking a second session during our short stay. Will definitely plan ahead and factor that in when we visit Barcelona next!

    The best deep tissue massage
    Fantastic experience and service. I went back for a second massage with Clara in a few days during my stay - because it was so good!. I asked for a deep tissue massage and It exceeded the expectations. Clara really cares about the customer and will go above and beyond to offer the best experience. I highly recommend Clara and despacio.

Heavenly experience!

Veronica and Elena were amazing!!! My massage (by Veronica) was out of this world, may be the best massage I have ever had and I have tried plenty!! My sore muscles from walking around town were soothed, and even my mind was totally relaxed by the end of the 50 min massage. My husband (Elena was his masseuse) said the same thing about his experience. Our only regret is not booking a second session during our short stay. Will definitely plan ahead and factor that in when we visit Barcelona next!

Out of this world

I had a 50 minute relaxing massage and 50 min hydrating facial performed by the talented Lena and it was our of this world. It was the best way to end a week in Barcelona after days of endless walking and hiking. I feel rejuvenated and so fresh. She’s delicate, thoughtful, and very professional. I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep during the session. Thank you Lena and for the entire crew for this memorable experience.

Amazing spa experience thank you to Veronica and Elana for looking after us. Excellent value for money and the spa is pristine and the staff so kind and helpful. We got the Calm massage and it was one of the best massages we ever had. 10/10 would recommend Despacio

Very relaxing experience to start off our holiday

We booked in for a 50 minute ‘Calm’ full body massage on our arrival to the hotel and felt relaxed straight away thanks to Clara who was doing the massage! After the treatments we went to the indoor pool area which was nice however quite small and slightly on the colder side but it was still a nice relaxing way to start the holiday.

The best deep tissue massage

Fantastic experience and service. I went back for a second massage with Clara in a few days during my stay - because it was so good!. Amazing experience of relaxing massage!

Amazing experience of relaxing massage. Many big thanks to the therapist Clara for such a wonderful and pleasant treatment! Highly recommend!

There's also a nice water zone to relax before or after the treatment (with sauna and pool/jacuzzi).
