As it houses government buildings you can go in totally but just wander around d the courtyard. To be fair there are much better free courtyards around Salamanca to see but it was free.

It's on the way between a lot of other attractions so it's easy to walk in and look around. There's not much else other than the courtyard though so it only takes a few minutes.

The Palacio Salina is now used as a government building, used by the Diputacion Provincial. It has a beautiful Plateresque facade that calls attention because of its beauty. It is free to enter and see the beautiful patio inside.

A quite beautifully restored building exterior. Close proximity to hotels, cafés, and hostels. Look on the left as you enter at the magnificant staircase.
