If you are looking for a day enjoying everything Canarian. Buildings . Canarian dress . Amazing bars and restaurants and gardens then this is a place to visit

A drive through this area is a day out places to stop for food and drink,plenty of pretty villages to drive through although most locals are in siesta mode between 1 and 3 pm.

We spent a week walking on Tenerife, and this is the best place to experience a wide variety of countryside, form woodland to lava flows. Well made and well signed paths.

Go and see how they make carpets from the sand every year in May/June, using volcanic minerals. Beautiful!

yes there are a number of trecking companies that pick you up inPDLC and both transport you to and guide you round the valley for 25-40 euros brochures in german

I would suggest one. While it is possible to travel throughout the valley on your own with a guide book as a companion, I think a far better experience would be had with a guide. Local guides run the range from... More
