Would be excellent if all the cigarette butts were removed from the sand

Visited here at Easter. View of the beach gorgeous. We didn't really visit the cafes etc as we stayed in the Barcelo Varadero which I would thoroughly recommend.

This is an excellent beach and promenade at the east end of town spoilt only by the plethora of cigarette ends in the sand (there is very little other detritus). Apart from this it is a wonderful place with a very tasteful café/restaurant next to the highly acclaimed surfing school. The surfers provide interesting entertainment though it is not a... More

Beautiful place, as is Tenerife itself. At the time we were there huge waves bashed the rocks... sitting at the terrace of a lovely restaurant having lunch, it was an amazing view. Please don't walk on the rocks as this is very dangerous!!

Its a small resort with a limited number of bars/restaurants. The Blarney Stone bar can be good but dont expect a lot of irish music! Black sand beach with sunbeds, restaurant and WCs. Plenty of buses to Los Gigantes, Las Americas and Los C. etc

First time to this resort and it's not bad. Much smaller than Las Americas or even Adeje but this has one big benefit - no street traders constantly bothering you. It has a few bars and restaurants ranging from traditional sea food to Chinese and Italian. Word of caution for those with mobility issues, it is very hilly.

We walk here nearly every day not for the shops as there are lots as well as restaurants and some entertainment bars but to watch the people standing at the waters edge waiting for the big waves to come and knock them over if they are not careful. Always busy with sunbeds for hire.

Special beach with black sand. Beautiful! Calm place for some quiet time and shops by the street if you need water or sunscreen.
