Nice place, lovely beach, very close to Los Gigantes. Plenty of shops and restaurants. A bit out of the noisy areas, but just right for us.

I would recommend staying at this end of Tenerife. Much quieter, great range of bars and restaurants.

Prob ideal for older folk, everything closed by midnight. Very hilly, small beach about 1 mile away, taxis cheap, but again not much in the whole area

Only a 5-10 minute walk from the Barcelo hotel, quite hilly but manageable ( I’m arthritic & managed it). Beautiful views, very picturesque & black sand. Water is warming but cooling & a little beach bar is on sight for refreshments.
