Visited while touring in a rented car. Well worth the trip, bit of off road driving but nothing too severe. No sun beds and worth bringing a snorkel. One note of caution it can get quite deep quickly.

Off the beaten track by a long way if you take the road signposted at the round about or follow sat nav- it will give the suspension on your car a good work out and cost you three euros for the privilege. Instead take the...More

This has to be one of Lanzarote's hidden gems. Off the road onto a very rough track but the beaches are stunning and the waters beautiful and teaming with fish. Great for swimming and snorkelling. Make sure you take food and drink. There are two...More

Don't be put off by the rocky and unmade road to the beach. Pay €3.00 and stay the day. No sunbeds No Umbrellas just the sound of the sea. Perfect

If in Southern Lanzarote, you must come here, access via bumpy unmade road with 3e toll fee, but jaw dropping views, beach is clean, access a bit tricky, and some good walks close, also there is "Fort Souterrain" not sure why it is there, I...More

Great small beach cove. Driving there is a bit of a trek. It's along an unmade dirt track for around 1-2 miles. There's a 3 Euro toll to pass through to get to the parking area. Once there it's a flight of steps down to...More

Love coming here. A bit of a walk down the mountain but a well built path certainly makes it easier. View is beautiful and good rock pools for the kids. Lovely places to eat at the top. Just bring a few towels to make for...More

We had a rental car for the week so followed the Sat Nav to this beach over a very rocky/bumpy “road” for roughly 3-4 miles outside Playa Blanca. Well worth the effort to get there as the beach is just beautiful. A small inlet beach...More

Worth checking out. Lovely sand with beautiful water. Just be prepared for a slow and bumpy drive towards the car park, especially if you rented a small car. It's a shame the road is so bad considering you have to pay to park.

The only reason I don't give five is that if you're by car (the only other way is by water taxi but I'm not sure from where it departs) it took ages on a dirt road to get there, but if you're willing to do...More

there are no bars or restaurants on playa de Papagayo. that's the whole point of this beach. it's wild and away from all the amenities. bring a sandwich and some drink with you if plan to stay there for more than an hour.

I personally didn't see any nudists on this beach. There was a mixture of different people.
