It is well worth the winding drive up - 360 degrees view! Gives a very good idea of where you are going, and where you have been.

We only drove up here once for the sunset, caught it just in time and it was gorgeous. Also great to see the wide panorama of the island all around you.

We go here every year. The view is lovely and the café does a lovely coffee and cake after visiting the monastery.

Can't walk to the top without being on the road with a real risk of being hit by a car. Really annoying. Even if the mountain is private property and can't have a hiking track at least a footpath along the road should be built....More

Rent a car and drive up to Monte Toro. On a sunny day you can see the entire island. On the top there is a church and a café.
