We were expecting somewhat bigger, busier square but this was typical old town square. Few market stands around but that is it.

Passed through whilst in Palma for the day The square was busy and had nice buildings around its edges Would have been nice to stay longer but we did not have time

You will not find the better shops or better restaurants in this zone but there is many cheaper shops and cafes and street entertainments.

The photos always look lovely but in reality this is crowded and the restaurants spoil the space. It's very difficult to see the plaza properly due to this.
