Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very reminiscent of las ramblas in barcelona.
Plenty of cafe's and seats to rest your tired legs after all that sightseeing.
A very nice place to people watch.

A lovely tree lined street with some great shopping outlets - seek out Rialto Living and Massimo Dutti! We’ll definitely be back.

One of the major streets in town where you will probably find yourself as you search for somewhere to eat or drink. Also some good shopping along the way. Can be quite crowded but not on this winter day.

Passeig des Born is a splendid avenue with lot of shops. When we visited in late October, 2023 there were far too many people around and it was crowded.

This avenue is really old, and quite large for the time it was created for the jousting matches of the Middle Ages. Today it's just a normal street in the old city of Barcelona.

We walked up and down this shopping street and thought it has all of the expensive shops and a nice walkway shaded by trees I would not spend to long hear.
At the top to the right there is access to the plaza mayor and the bottom the cathedral but I preferred the side streets to the south west.

Such a gorgeous part of the town. So clean and shops and cafes line the street. Loved it! Going to try and visit in evening to get another peek during the night hours.

We loved this area of town! Dotted with wonderful (and some high end- Louis Vuitton!) shops, cafes and restaurants. Either side had a personality- the one with cafe's had live music. The other with many commercial stores, and excellent walking access to the castle, basillica and other government buildings. Very central, and beautiful part of Palma.

After you visit the Cathedral is a nice place to stroll in the hot summer day because of the old in shady platen trees, that also have the Mallorca smell.
