Quality has deteriorated badly since I first bought 10 years ago at Majorca airport. They had the most beautiful hand blown oil decanters back then. Ordered 2 decanters online in June this year which took nearly a month to arrive (I also wrote about that experience here). True to my suspicions, the decanters which arrived didn't look exactly like they... More

My husband and I picked up a pamphlet for Lafiore at our hotel and thought it would be a fun opportunity to get out of the city and make our own blown glass ornament for a souvenir/experience. Nothing on the pamphlet or online suggested there were particular hours you had to visit within in order to be able to partake... More

I've been to Mallorca a few times and fell in love with their oil decanters. Decided to buy a few more when I got back home. Worst mistake ever. They never respond to emails, never sort out their online order system, and I had to pay by bank transfer. After the payment was sent, I had to email and call... More

Large glass art selection, & they will ship home for you, since too fragile to pack in your suitcase. You can watch the glass blowers in action.

It's easy to get to, and efficiently run. The only snag is that I find the glassware deeply ugly. Clearly I'm not in the majority, but multicoloured glass for its own sake sets my teeth on edge.

Picked up Lafiore's leaflet 'Blow your own glass. . . Discover the magical process of glass blowing and create your own piece. One of our master craftsmen will guide you through the process'. . . Checked their website and it looked affordable so made the 40minute journey only to be told that from November only the showroom is open so... More

We are sorry that your visit to our showroom didn´t meet your expectations. We believe that in our website is indicated that in winter (due to annual furnace maintenance, renewal of equipments, etc.) is necessary previous confirmation for glass blowing visit or to blow your own glass piece. We will check again if it´s clear enough, so there won´t be... More

We had noticed glass olive oil jars for sale in several shops tagged "Lafiore", so decided to go check it out late one morning. We did notice on their website that you can sign up to blow your own glass souvenir, but we decided to just watch. Glass blowing is a fascinating art - it's amazing what they can produce... More

We thought we would avoid the local touristy shops and pop by this outlet to see some of the more traditional Mallorcan crafts, and boy were we not disappointed!! It was a real pleasure to walk around and simply take in the gorgeous pieces on display- much like an art gallery unto its own, but all accessible and very reasonably... More
