Definitely worth the visit. You need to make a reservation by phone for a visit. It is the legislative building of the province of Vizcaya. When we went our family of five, we were the only ones there and we were taken for a private tour of 45 minutes by a charming well educated guide. It was very interesting and it will give a good local feel of local history and sentiments. The paintings and fixtures were all very interesting and full of anecdotes. I would definitely recommend a visit to this building.

If you need an introduction to the local arts and fashion in the 20th century, this is the natural choice. The guided tour will take you into some of the most richly decorated rooms of this public building which was completed in 1900. Great selection of furniture, lamps, frescoes, tapestries, sculptures and portraits within a good example of Spanish eclecticism.

On your way to the Casio Viejo you'll see this interesting building on your right. Very interesting and you may talk your way inside (as we did) to see a little. Worth taking note of

This is an impressive looking building that gives you a historical sense of Bilbao’s architectural style. Unfortunately, there are no public tours of the interior. Regardless, it’s worth a stroll past to admire a bygone look.

You should visit the inside, is so beautiful and there is a lot of history inside it, you'll learn a lot about the Biscay and Basque culture.

The building is located on the Grand Boulevard, but unfortunately can not visit by tourists. Its architecture is splendid and just how you look and how you feel the spirit penetrates and surrounds the city of Bilbao.

The architecture of this building is amazing. Standing prominently on the large road, which is full of many shops. Definately worth checking out when visiting Bilbao.

Nice building in the middle of the Gran Via. The whole street is full of amazing arquitecture, nice shops, patisseries, etc.

Buenos días,
Nos pareció una visita poco trabajada, sin profundizar y pasando por encima en muchos aspectos fundamentales para la foralidad vizcaína encontrándonos en la sede de ese gobierno que emana de unos "derechos históricos" intrínsecos a Bizkaia. No crítico a la guía, sino el discurso, pues desde mi punto de vista fue escaso; a parte de más de un error histórico.
