When I visited the puppy was covered up with scaffolding for replanting - a real shame but you could see the puppy and how brilliant it is. A mass of colour. A great idea - must cost a fortune to replant regularly.

Wonderful Iconic Puppy

I just lived this amazing floral sculpture outside the main entrance to the Guggenheum. I just kept getting drawn back to it, its so iconic and unique.
Completely free as it is in the public plaza it front, you don't have to pay into the Guggenheum to see it.

This was outside of the Guggenheim and added to the wonderful feeling around the museum — a playful HUGE flower sculpture — very well maintained.

Right outside the Guggenheim, it is absolutely gorgeous. It also seems to be housing a lot of little birds at the minute which adds to the appeal. Towers over you, standing guard. Puppy is beautiful

Nice place to visit and take photos with good location inside the city. The Puppy is wonderful and the smell of the flowers is amazing.

5 Minute Stop, Totally worth it!

Early "fall", spring, and summer time is when to see this. It is right next to the Guggenheim Museum. If you are there between November - December, sometimes they are working on making sure the flowers don't die.

Perfect place for photos in Bilbao.

Beautiful blooms. Excellent stop for those who want a perfect Instagram photo. It is a very cool piece of art that literally changes with the seasons. It's a 10 minute stop and everyone should.
