Neat history, worth it to buy the Zaragoza city pass and see this, the port, and the bathhouse. Coming from Canada it boggles the mind one could simply unearth such history while building an apartment.

You can see the remains of the theater & its accessories, recently excavated, with an informative museum attached. Definitely worth a visit if you're interested in this kind of thing.

This is a real Roman treasure. Walk amongst the excavated theatre ruins and just imagine......... Very interesting artefacts also on show, and excellent descriptions of the history of the site during and after the Roman era.

Only discovered in the early 1970's, this museum deserves an hour or two of you time. There is a professionally produced film in English, among other languages, and displays of artifacts as well as the foundations of a Roman theater or immense proportions.

I am not normally keen on Roman remains, but we were lured in because we had looked in from the outside viewing platform and had seen all the cats lurking. Unfortunately, the cats weren't there during the day, but we had a very informative visit...More
