We have 12 people in our group and booked for the Taste of Spain months ahead for a day tour of Iberico ham in Jubugo area this November. All of us enjoyed the day very much and were glad we had this unique experience. The service and arrangement was excellent and professional, hosts were friendly and knowledgeable people, we highly... If you want to travel like a local, we highly recommend A taste of Spain! The trip was so well organized by wonderful, knowledgeable people. In four days, we not only experienced life on an Organic Iberico Pig Farm but to list a few highlights we visited a castle built on an ancient moorish site, explored the spectacular cave system,... For our trip to Seville we booked two tours with A Taste of Spain and were extremely pleased with both. The first was a half-day cooking demonstration where we learned to make traditional Spanish dishes. The second was a full-day excursion to the Huelva area where we toured a jamon production facility, visited a beautiful finca where we had lunch,... More

My husband and i enjoyed our two outstanding Taste of Spain day trips--seeing Iberico pigs up close, learning about processing and a luscious tasting. Another highlight was a lovely lunch with gracious hosts who raise Iberico pigs on an expansive property with gorgeous gardens and (yes!) Roman ruins. The following day, our trip to an olive oil hacienda was again... More

My fiance and I booked a tour with A Taste of Spain for Jamon Iberico. Everything about our tour was delightful - from the factory visit in Cortegana to meeting a host family that raised Jamon Iberico and had us into their home for lunch. Learning about The Dehesa was incredibly humbling and educational. I wish more people could take... More

My husband and I recently spent 10 days in Andalucia, using Taste of Spain for most of our arrangements. Our contact person, Marta Angula, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She coordinated all of our accomodations and travel between cities, as well as setting up special visits related to olive oil, Iberian pigs and the beautiful village of Ronda.... More

Excursion excellently organized, very polite and friendly stuff and everything is taken care of before the arrival and prepared for you. The experience is one to remember and we will go again next time we are in Seville. One word of caution - we have been lucky with the weather, but try to choose a day which is not too... More

A must if you're passionate about food and knowing where it comes from. We took the one day Jamon Iberico tour and it was an incredibly fulfilling experience. The first two hours was a visit to a corporate owned Jamon Iberico producer with state of the art curing facilities. Highly informative but somewhat "sanitized" and I had to call Miguel... More

From start to finish my husband and I had a wonderful time. Miguel set up a day just as we had requested: comfortable transport to and from Seville to a tour and Iberian ham tasting at a large processing firm followed by a visit to a farm where we toured the land, got up close and personal with the pigs,... If you are in the area of Sevilla, Andalusia or just wanting a very special experience, take this tour...learning about ham production is very interesting but the trip out to an organic small jamon finca is incredible...so beautiful and you feel like you have entered into another world...the walk around the farm, all the info about raising the pigs and...
