Gotta fess, this quarter is my must-go-to every time i am in the hood. It's vast so don't plan on an hour's excursion. The similarities to French parks is evident but with more theatrical mood here. It's a refreshing retreat from the heat but also...More

Attached to the Plaza Real, this park contains quiet scenic walks in a well groomed garden. It contains trees from around the world, but mostly is a cool place to walk, in the shade, that has some inherent quiet.

This park is a great way to spend a few hours. So much to see and a great way to have a relaxing time. It's right by Plaza Espagna, overall just beautiful.

It's worth the walk out to the Parque de Maria Luisa as it is a cool and peaceful spot with plenty of shady benches to rest a while in the heat of the city. Easy to find and a lovely place to take a break.

A huge park with really lovely corners. "Plaza de España" is the most original I have ever seen. Spectacular! Surrounded by a pond with boats. Decorated with Andalusian ceramics. Above the "Monte Gurugu" beautiful views of the park.

This wonderful park area combines a haven of peace with loads of interest. There are miles of shady wooded walks, punctuated with pools, fountains & flower-laden pergolas. Then, right in the centre, the Place de Espana offers rowing boats, carriage-rides and flamenco buskers! I found...More

The cool shade provided by the huge mature trees are a welcome relief from Seville's heat. Many beautiful fountains and building as well.

Hi Barbara, The bike hire you talk about, was it near to the park? We are going there on Tuesday and like the idea of biking round the park. Many thanks Sharron.
